We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Tags and labels must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items
Washed bedsheets or worn clothing
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Customized or tailored products
Need a different size or color? No problem!
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (in case of COD orders).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Provide Details: Include order number, item name, reason for return, and pictures (if damaged/incorrect).
Ship the Item: After approval, send the item back to our return address (you will be guided by our team).
Inspection & Refund: Once received, we inspect the item and initiate the refund/exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
We reserve the right to reject returns if items do not meet the policy criteria.
Refund/exchange claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
